Welcome to the Horizon Circle of Friends Web page. Horizon Circle of Friends (HCoF) is a drop-in center located in Allegan County. We were founded on May 18 2000.
 
Vision Statement: Horizon Circle of Friends strives to enhance recovery of people with mental illness through group cohesion, peer support, and community education.
 
Mission Statement: Guided by board members, Horizon Circle of Friends promotes  recovery from mental illness through a caring, sharing, and peer supported atmosphere.
 
 
Some Goals for Horizons Circle of Friends:
 
 
•    Increase the mental health of their community
•    Solicit funds from charitable organizations
•    Increase hours of operation
•    Investigate business opportunities
•    Reduce stigma
